Shana was amazing throughout the entire process of helping us buy our home in Grosse Pointe Farms. We were remote the whole time, so we had to rely on her more than most buyers probably would, and she went above and beyond for us. She did FaceTime tours, coordinated with my family, answered every question, and made us feel comfortable even though we weren’t able to be there in person. She was responsive, honest, and really helped take the stress out of buying a house from afar. We always felt like she had our best interest in mind, and we’re so grateful for everything she did to help us get to closing. Couldn’t recommend her more.
